    Hi, I have MaxiFlash Elite J2534 ECU Programming Device. I bought 3weeks ago. The power light is yellow on it. I'm have trouble of connecting to VCI.

     The MaxiFlash Elite J2534 is the VCI. You should have the J2534 plugged into the OBD2 connector. It should get power from the OBD2 connector. I think if the power light is yellow, that means it is not powered up.
